Chronic Illness

Illness can affect every aspect of one’s being. For 30 years, I’ve specialized in helping people maximize their quality of life and maintain hope even in the midst of pain and suffering. My approach is flexible depending on your particular needs. I can help you bear the uncertainty, isolation, depression, anxiety, frustration, and loss that often arises when living with a chronic illness. We can also address difficulties that may occur with friendships, partners, and family members.

I provide sessions face-to-face, by phone or through a video-conference service for those who are not able to attend office visits.
